This creamy Kesar Pista Oatmeal Bowl is infused with the rich aroma of Saffron, topped with caramelized bananas, muesli, chia seeds, and pistachios — wholesome, comforting, and naturally sweet! 💛

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 100 ml low-fat milk
- 3 tbsp soaked chia seeds
- 1 medium banana (for topping or caramelized)
- 2 tbsp homemade muesli (no added sweetener)
- 5 pistachios, chopped
- A few strands of Samah’s Kashmir Mongra Saffron
- 1 tsp honey or natural sweetener (optional)
- ½ tsp ghee or butter (for caramelizing banana)
Instructions
- 🌸 Soak saffron strands in 1 tbsp warm milk and let them bloom for 5–10 minutes.
- 🥣 In a pan, add milk and oats. Cook on low flame until soft and creamy.
- 💛 Stir in the saffron-infused milk and mix well. Sweeten with honey if desired.
- 🍌 In a small pan, heat ghee and caramelize banana slices until golden.
- 🥄 To assemble:
- Add the cooked saffron oats to a bowl.
- Top with caramelized bananas.
- Add soaked chia seeds, homemade muesli, and chopped pistachios.
- ✨ Finish with a drizzle of saffron milk or honey.
