Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp watermelon seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp mix of black & white sesame seeds
- ¼ cup cashews
- ¼ cup almonds
- ½ cup peanuts
- ½ cup mix of black & red raisins
- ½ cup fresh curry leaves
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Mom’s Mixes Everyday Magic Mix
- Salt to taste
- 1–2 tsp oil (for roasting)
Instructions
- Dry roast oats on low flame until light and crisp. Remove and keep aside.
- In the same pan, add a little oil and roast peanuts till golden.
- Add cashews, almonds, and roast till lightly browned.
- Toss in pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower, and sesame seeds — roast for a minute.
- Add curry leaves and sauté till crisp.
- Add roasted oats back to the pan. Sprinkle salt, sugar, and Mom’s Mixes Everyday Magic Mix.
- Mix everything gently until evenly coated and aromatic.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool completely before storing.
