The recipe takes just about 20 minutes and is super easy-dry roast the oats, give the nuts a quick golden sizzle, then combine everything with fresh curry leaves, a touch of sugar, and a pinch of salt for a fragrant, crispy treat. Store it in an airtight jar and have a ready‑to‑go festive snack or thoughtful gift for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp watermelon seeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp mix of black & white sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • ½ cup peanuts
  • ½ cup mix of black & red raisins
  • ½ cup fresh curry leaves
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Mom’s Mixes Everyday Magic Mix
  • Salt to taste
  • 1–2 tsp oil (for roasting)

Instructions

  1. Dry roast oats on low flame until light and crisp. Remove and keep aside.
  2. In the same pan, add a little oil and roast peanuts till golden.
  3. Add cashews, almonds, and roast till lightly browned.
  4. Toss in pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower, and sesame seeds — roast for a minute.
  5. Add curry leaves and sauté till crisp.
  6. Add roasted oats back to the pan. Sprinkle salt, sugar, and Mom’s Mixes Everyday Magic Mix.
  7. Mix everything gently until evenly coated and aromatic.
  8. Turn off the heat and let it cool completely before storing.

Tips & Notes
